Extension Loans
If you are planning to:

You can avail of our Home Extension Loans.
Maximum loan: Rs.1 crore or 85% of the agreement value, whichever is less, subject to repayment capacity as assessed by
SHFL.
Maximum term of loan :15 years or retirement age, whichever is earlier.
